Terrible experience
Received wrong sized items which said different sizing on label/ order compared to the item itself.
Received much fewer items than originally ordered.
Complete waste of time and money/delivery .
No response to email and query sent to discuss the matter.
First time customer and definitely a bad experience.

Bought a pair of walking boots at your Swansea store on 3rd June. When I tried them at home with thick pair of hiking socks the boots became uncomfortable. Took the boots back expecting a refund and I was refused. I wasn't explained that there was no refund when I purchased them. Can you please help as I need the money?
Stores in the USA selling hiking boots usually have thick socks for customers to put on before trying boots. If this store does not, it would be wise to wear the socks you plan to use with the boots when trying them on. Caveat emptor

Took the boots back today and they wouldn't refund my money only exchange or credit. I was not told this when I purchased the boots. Can you please help.
On the issue of not refunding the purchase price, is that common policy for retailers in the UK? I'm surprised there isn't a government agency for consumer protection that looks into / bans this.
